Included in this tarball should be the original 
source files and binary from: 
http://wendy.djo.tudelft.nl/~dushaw/stable/mail/mailcheck.html

I have also inlcuded the modified mailcheck.c and the sharp 
include file needed to compile it.

Installing this is simple. Simply copy the zmailcheck binary 
to your zaurus. I installed mine to /mnt/card/bin, but
you can put it anywhere in your run path. You will
need to modify the mailcheckrc and place that in your /etc
directory.

If you want the zmailcheck to check the mail every 5 minutes
you will need to install a cron program.

This is the crontab I am using:
*/5     *       * * * /mnt/card/bin/zmailcheck > /dev/null

Let me know if you have any suggestions or comments.

If someone knows how to modify this program run as
daemon I would greatly appreciate any hints or tips on
how to do it.
